A popular ramen shop in Japan that is famous for its refreshing yuzu ramen and grilled pork. It is said that the water used is from the wells of Mount Afuri in Kanagawa, and so that’s the name of the shop. It has been in my must-eat list and glad to find that Afuri Ramen is everywhere in Tokyo, I don’t need to purposely hunt on it. I visited the outlet in Azabujuban after a food tour in Tsukiji Market.
