Low-Fat Orange Yogurt Cake

Low-Fat Orange Yogurt Cake

There was the left over and near to expiry date half tube of yogurt sitting still in the fridge. Not wanting to bring it into waste bin, i had to find a way to ‘finish’ it up.

I came across this Low Fat Orange Yogurt Cake from Happy Home Baking.

With the precious wand and spell from Harry Potter again, I managed to turn the ingredients into fragrant orange yogurt cake. Unlike the moist and dense pound cake we used to have, the Orange Yogurt Cake turned out to be super soft, fluffy and light.

It’s Her Birthday today!

It’s Her Birthday today!

Who??? Teeheee My MUM 🙂 Bought her an elegant yellow tulip. ♥ ♥ Happy Birthday, Mum ♥ and happy Mother’s Day as well. Muahhh… and wish every mum in the world, Happy Mother’s Day… 🙂

Imagine…

Imagine…

Imagine…
It was a sunny day with cool breeze
You were sitting by the flowery garden
with rose bushes, tulips, sunflowers and some petite wild flowers

Imagine…
On the pretty Victorian style white garden table
Placed the classic and hand painted bone china tea set
With English Earl Grey tea in the tea pot
and the filled up elegant tea cup

Imagine…
There was the tier platter of delicately prepared scones
petite pretty cakes
and pastries…

Arrrghhhh….
Stop Stop Stop
Stop those imaginations!
It must be the effect of being ‘grounded’ in the house
and being ‘fed’ with
Tasteless tutorials
Bland books
Nasty notesss…

Exams are torturing
Physically and Mentally and Spiritually…

I wish to have…….

We seldom come over here; therefore, we always find it hard to think of what to have for lunch. Since there are few unfamiliar restaurants stood on the newly renovated area at the IT level, we randomly picked one for a try. Xian Ding Wei
