I took a flight down south last weekend, just to attend this happening Sake Matsuri that took place in Singapore, at the F1 Pit Building. This festival featured over 300 sake labels and Japanese spirits from about 100 breweries!
It was an unforgettable experience where we were able to indulge in an endless pour of premium sake. We got the early bird ticket which was priced at SGD 45. 3 hours, free flow of sake tasting, every sip was a new discovery! Smooth and delicate flavours, crisp and refreshing note; every bottle has its own characteristic and special profile. We were extremely happy to get to try out many namazake (unpasteurised sake) here!!! And of course we found MANY bottles that we love over here and carried home a few bottles to continue party. Now I can’t wait for their next event oredi!
