Strategically located in the Siam part of Bangkok, also just a 5 minutes’ walk away from BTS National Stadium, this is another hotel I quite fancy as it is very near to the BTS, and famous shopping malls like Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Central World, MBK and etc. This is also the hotel I have stayed in twice, as of 2022. The famous Jeh o’chula is located about 10 minutes’ walk away from here too. Very convenient.

Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok is designed in a quirky way, colourful and vibrant. You will see some Thai artworks along the way into the lobby area as well as inside the room too.
The swanky Superior Room is pretty spacious; about 28 sqm comes with twin beds and small sofa area. I got this twin bedroom at about Rm 250 per night (June 2022 at time of visit), and it came with daily breakfast too.

Bathroom is pretty spacious, comes with a bathtub for a nice bubble bath.
I was hooked with the toiletries provided. They offer Malin+Goetz’s products for in house guests. Gosh! Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and handwash, all are Malin+Goetz’s top stuff.
I also hopped up to check out the pool and gym room. Too bad I didn’t bring any suitable outfit to use these facilities or it will be quite zen to soak into their pool, overlooking the National Stadium
Their breakfast is really something to highlight about, taking place in Chim Chim at ground floor. Chim Chim is an art-inspired café and all day dining restaurant at Siam@Siam Design Hotel. It café setting is very vibrant, colourful, inviting and filled with happiness vibe!
Love its ceiling-to-floor glass windows that allow the sunlight to enter into the café. I personally love the colourful fluffy pillows that decorated all over the seats. That makes people extra happy!
Breakfast was extremely wonderful and very instagrammable too. We were given some options to choose our mains from the menu, came with Western and Thai dishes; and also our choice of coffee or tea or chocolate drink. Not sure if they are still offering the same right now, but this was happened in June 2022.
There were also the buffet sections where you can pick up your salad and fruits, make your charcuterie platter with the cheese, hams, salami, nuts and dried fruits available; also bread, pastries, pancake, waffles and even cookies! They also offer a variety of fresh juices too.
Smashed Avocado Toast
Sourdough, smashed avocado, feta, fried egg, salsa
Hangover Brekkie
Two eggs (made into omelette), bacons, sausages, baked tomato, baked beans and tater tots
Spiced Benny
Poached eggs, English muffins, smashed avocado, spicy chorizo, pickled jalapenos, chipotle, hollandaise sauce.
Chim’chuka
Spice tomato, onions, capsicum, sausage, poached eggs.
Coffee was super aromatic, a perfect holiday dose to me.
Hot Chocolate is pretty rich too.
Fueled up myself before all the walking and shopping.
