Fresh lobsters, clams, crabs, mussels, scallops, octopus, yabbies, prawns, oysters… you name it, you get them. Enjoy them in various cooking styles, be it on ice, Japanese, Malay, Indian, Western or Chinese style.

Free flow of oysters! Yes you can get oyster from different regions too! US, Irish, and French Osyters, try to find out which is your favourite!

Just look at the seafood varieties available! OMG, excited! Pick them up from the counter and send them off to make your preferred style such as Chinese “Kam Heong” or Western favorite.

There are more ready-made dishes from the Indian station such as Briyani, Naan, Prawn Masala, Gosht Saagwala and many more.

Also find yourself Pizza, Baked Salmon and Grilled Vegetables, Lamb Stew, Baby Chicken with Harissa Sauce, Baked Mussels with Cheese from the Western corner.

Must not miss out the lip-smacking Malaysian’s favourite from the local Malay cuisine corner! There are Asam Pedas Red Snapper, Chicken and Beef Satay with Nutty Peanut sauce, Daging Masak Hitam, Lamb Rendang, and Sayur Campur.

I really love their Satays and Daging Masak Hitam a lot!

At the Chinese station, you may find dishes such as Claypot Mud Crab and Steamed Buns, Steamed Fish Garupa Fillet with Garlic, and tummy warming Soup Noodles.
