Elephant Republic @ Bukit Bintang, KL
I do not know the existence of this place until the couple from Malaysianflavours brought me here!!!
Elephant Republic
Literally hidden in the city centre, here in a not so famous alley, just a street or two away from Jalan Alor.
The premise is painted in pure white, armed with a beautiful curvy arch at the entrance, pretty instagrammable. There is courtyard seating with white long concrete benches and wooden log as tables, dressed up with a flowery plant the center of the courtyard, on pebble stones flooring; it gives a very relaxing-holiday-feel.
Whereas inside, it is covered with the natural colours of the woods, chic and cosy. Not to mention, on the upper floor are quite chilling too! Every corner is packed with insta-worthy feel.
The beverages that Elephant Republic offers are pretty interesting. You may find the Thai-inspired drinks such as Tom Yum Soda, Signature Iced Coconut Latte, Coconut Milk Iced Blended, Bounce Coconut Milk Tea, Mango Iced Blended Ice cream on the menu.
As I am not a big fan of coconut and also not an adventurous person to try out their tom yum soda, so I went for the refreshing Lime & Honey Soda while the couple had an Iced Cold Coffee, and then we had a long afternoon chit chat in the air-con space.
