Mori Kohi @ Kuala Lumpur
Mori Kohi
Located in the heart of city center, Mori Kohi is housed inside a huge bungalow that comes with five different concepts under one roof – a bar, a vegetable farm, Midorie the plant retail gallery, Supesu the event space and this Mori Kohi; the Japanese-inspired restaurant that serves Japanese cuisine along with coffee and matcha beverages.
This is definitely one of the hottest spots in the city. It was always on a long queue when they were still newly opened, very crowded. So my friends and I decided to step in way earlier than our usual lunch time, to secure a table and have noodles and rice dishes earlier; yes we managed to get our table during the “breakfast time”.
Midorie the plant retail gallery
Chicken Gyoza (Rm 15)
Chicken Karaage (Rm 17)
Delicious chicken bites that is very well seasoned and lightly battered, deep fried to perfection.
Mori Signature Tendon (Rm 28)
The must have here! Well, this bowl is more than just for the instagram, it tasted really good too. Do spare some time to wait for the bowl, because it is really worth a try.
Cold Somen (Rm 15)
Very refreshing, with silky smooth somen adsorbing the noodles sauce. Perfect for the hot weather.
Some hot and cold beverages to go with our meal.
