Bray Bakery @ Menara See Hoy Chan, KL
Bray Bakery
A promising pleasant café that is located a stone throw away from Ampang/ KLCC, right in the heart of the city centre, serving warmth and delightful sourdough bread, pastries and coffee.
If you love bread especially sourdough, here is your place to go! They offer many mouth-watering related sourdough dishes; crusty shell and fluffy centre sourdough, to go with the delicious fried-s or stew.
Flat White (Rm 12)
Fried Masala Chicken in Sourdough Batter (Rm 34)
Hummus, mint pea salsa, sumac, mozzarella, alium
Seafood Stew & Saffron (Rm 39)
Stew thickened with sourdough, prawns, mussels, squid, pesto, served with apple onion sourdough.
Rich and packed with essence from the sea. The stewed gravy was so good that we mopped it clean with the sourdough.
Elderflower Croissant Tart (Rm 8)
Flaky, crispy, buttery and lightly sweetened too. A must order.
Brioche Pain Perdu, Coffee Semifreddo & Honeycomb (Rm 22)
Macerated berries, coffee soil, cacao nibs
A very presentable bitter sweet dessert, with fluffy spongy aromatic brioche French toast, layering with many textures of coffee soil, cacao nibs, and honeycomb.
