Valrhona Caraibe Hazelnut Praline Cake.
If you are a chocolate lover, this is one of their signatures that you must try!
Elegantly layered with multilayer components comprise of hazelnut praline feuilletine, dark choclate cremeux, dark chocolate sponge, Valrhona Caraibe mousse and a layer of glossy caramel glaze on the top. Chocolaty, nutty, crunchy; I love the combination as a whole where you will get to enjoy the layering crispy and fluffy textures along with the intense aroma and nutty rich chocolaty flavour, lingering around the oral cavity which made me in euphoria! Yum!
Kochi Yuzu Mango tart
Flaky and buttery almond tart crust filled with fresh almond cream, Kochi Yuzu curd, fluffy joconde sponge, Kochi Yuzu mango curd, mascarpone chantily cream and touched with lime zest. This is a very refreshing tart I have come across. The Japanese Kochi Yuzu’s flavour was very distinctive, refreshing with a sourish hint, brilliantly balanced out well by the sweetness of the mango and French almond cream. As a whole, you will get a combination of sweet and sourish, perfectly well for a light afternoon tea.
If you find whole cakes are too much for own consumption, Lachér Patisserie offers desserts in a jar too, priced at Rm 15.9 per jar.
