Beautiful and eye-pleasing dessert, who doesn’t love?!
Here is one of the places I fancy for desserts; seems like a “speakeasy” dessert parlour, hidden behind the florist; offering gorgeous and fine-looking delectable stuffs. Get to know that this is a sister café of Jaslyn Cakes! I have not been to Jaslyn Cakes yet (will definitely try it out one day), and this one had me over first.
Lime & Basil Tart
Basil mousse, lime & basil curd, meringue
What a combination! It was sourish yet appetizing, refreshing with basil; pretty special.
Banana & Dulcey Mousse
Valrhona Dulcey mousse, caramelised bananas, speculoos biscuit base and caramel glaze
Blueberry & Camembert Cheesecake
Milky camembert mousse, blueberry compote, crackers and cornflake crunch
Rich, deep and nutty; it was pretty earthy as compared to the other type of cheesecake due to the usage of camembert in it. Good for sharing.
Some nice tea and coffee for us.
