Guys, I have found you a very perfect place for candlelight dinner/ fine dine date in KL!

Located on Sky Deck at Level 51, the highest floor of THE FACE Suites, it offers diners a magnificent Kuala Lumpur city view and the ever breath taking evening sunset, to pair with their amazing modern western cuisine.
The interior is elegant and classy. It is designed sophisticatedly in all marble with floor to ceiling windows; overflow the interior with abundance of natural sunlight.
Lead by Chef Siti Arini, Tangerine’s fine dining menu focuses on using fresh ingredients and creative flavours with modern cooking technique, transforming the finest ingredients into delightful dishes that dosed with real big wows.
That night, I got to sample Tangerine’s 5-Course Dinner Menu, priced at Rm 228 nett per person. Though it was said 5 courses, I was served with additional of 3 types of amuse bouche and chocolate petit-trio after the fifth course. I am truly impressed with the chef’s creation. She is very creative and innovative, mix matching with a variety of flavours and textures which give unpredictable outcomes and surprises.

All truffles in this plate and it was super aromatic, with the truffle scent lingered around the oral cavity!

Cherry ehhh???? Well no, you have to slice it open and voila, that’s the foie gras inside. How cute and creative! I love the idea of pairing the velvety smooth foie gras and the crunchy nuts and tuille together. It gave a lot of texture and flavours on the palate.

Gelato goat cheese, charcoal meringue, pistachio cookies, orange jelly
Ending the course with rich goat cheese gelato that compatible so well with the crunchy meringue!
Chocolate Box with three types of chocolates.
Every diner will be walk home with their house made macarons, that’s really sweet of Tangerine!
Besides this 5- Course Dinner Menu, Tangerine also offers 3 Course Dinner Menu which is priced at Rm 168 nett per pax and 7-Course Dinner Menu at Rm 348 nett per pax for you to choose from.
