三文鱼捞鱼生
Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang
Beautifully decorated in a garden theme, with “blooming” fresh salmon as the “flowers” and the other condiments as the “fertilizer” and “soil”, symbolizing the spring is here. Such a lovely piece of art. There are other choices such as tuna or abalone for the prosperity toss.
蟹子烧卖. 发财蚝鼓. 脆皮网卷
Steamed Siew Mai with Crab Meat
Steamed Oyster with Sea Moss Deep-fried meat and Minced Prawn Roll
Love these trios of delicate dim sum especially the siew mai which was bursting with flavours! Every dish has its auspicious meaning. Just like this one there are “oyster” and “sea moss”, symbolizing good luck and wishing everyone make a fortune! The crafty team also crafted out the puppy pulling a ton of gold, you will definitely have more good lucks with this. How cute!
