Naughty Nuri’s @ Atria Shopping Gallery PJ
I have never been to Bali but often heard about Bali, the scenery, the weather, the cuisine. So much I heard about it but I haven’t got a chance to make a visit. Good to see that there are Balinese cuisine in Malaysia, for us to satisfy the cravings while waiting for the chance to hop (fly, I mean) over.
The very first time I tried out Naughty Nuri’s, it was when it first opened in Desa Sri Hartamas, celebrating my birthday. It was good; except the portion was a little small. Happy to see that they have now brought in more recipes as compared to 2 years ago, levelled up the flavours and even sized up the portion! Oh yeahhh, you will be seeing me frequent here, more often!
Naughty Nuri’s
Orange “Poke” Martini
Still as good as before. And you will be served with Martini Shake dance. It was very fun and entertaining. Best to stand up to dance together too!
And many more martini you should try out!

Naughty Nuri’s 1995 Signature BBQ Spare Ribs (Rm 48)
Come to this oink oink place, of course must have their signature,
Specially marinated with Balinese spice and char grilled with a special sauce till its flavour enhanced. It was very well marinated, infused with flavours from the marinade, glazed with bbq sauce and fired up over charcoal till perfection. The pork ribs was tender and succulent. Love the hot and spicy sauce that served along with the ribs, gave an ultimate kick on the taste buds and the fingers’ lickin good moment. Ohh-lala. Easily pulled off from bone and it was so so good!
BBQ Satay Lilit (Rm 26)
Balinese flavour minced pork skewered using lemongrass sticks to augment the flavours. So much yum dipping the satay into the kicap manis. Another must order if you were here.
Indonesia Style Mee Goreng (Rm 23)
Stir-fry mee goring with mixed vegetables, onions, chilies, sliced pork belly and Balinese black sauce accompanied with their succulent roast pork on side. The very advance and atas version of Indo-mee. So happy seeing it dosed with a slab of sliced roast pork. As compared to the portion we had 2 years back, this one was upsize and dosed with lots of siu yoke! Love it max!
The Notorious Beef Short Ribs (Rm 42)
Tender braised short ribs in their special rendang sauce served with onion rice and acar-awak.
A dish that you must have if you take beef. The beef was very tender, pairing up well with the others yummy components. Must mix up all of them especially the ass-kicking chilies to enjoy the bursting flavours. Everyone fav on the table fave this, but my priority still goes to the oink oink ribs.
Babi Guling ala Naughty Nuri’s (Rm 165 for half piglet; Rm 330 for 1 whole piglet)
The most famous Balinese roasted suckling piglet. Hearsay it was even better than the one in Bali!!! Crispy, tender and melt in mouth meat. Do order this in advance to avoid disappointment. They have limited piglets in the house per day.
Lavender Crispy Porky Salad (Rm 25)
Deep fried pulled pork ribs with mixed salad accompanied by cucumbers, pineapple, longan and almond with their homemade lavender fruity dressing. Tangy and refreshing. A good one to balance the heavy meaty meal all night.
Balinese succulent “Pork Wing” (Rm 21)
Deep fried pork “wing” coated with Balinese special sauce.
What’s pork “wing”???!it’s actually the part between the shoulder and the knee of the pork. Not like something we will normally find. So fingers-lickin good!
Finally the dessert!
Mt. Buleleng inspired Sizzling Bacon Chocolate Cake (Rm 23)
Homemade chocolate cake stuffed with bacon and almond nuts topped with melted chocolate ganache on the hot plate with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Never go wrong ending the meal with more pork! The bacon bits on the chocolate cake were so good!
This is a great place for birthday celebration! Birthday girl or boy will be led to the dance floor and shake shake with the Naughty Nuri’s team.
