Weekend brunch at GRAZE @ Hilton KL
The weekend is now worth waking up for brunch!
Why??!?!?!
Because there is this place serves very atas but yummy brunch at a very affordable price which is so much pocket-friendly than any hipster café out there.
Weekend brunch at GRAZE
Graze at Hilton KL has just launched their Weekend Brunch; available on every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 3.30pm. With the menu crafted by Chef Marc Ferry and his team; serving brunch plates that come with egg, toast, crepe, bagel, artisan bread, also some meats like steak and meatloaf. What’s more?! The price is NETT which means GST and service charges are all in. and and and… Parking is FREE for every dine-in-brunch-customer!!!
Fresh Orange Juice (Rm 12); Café Latte (Rm 10)
Where else can you get a cuppa at just Rm 10? Especially in the hotel?!
Avocado & Smoked Chicken Breast Salad, Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes & Mixed Leaves (Rm 18)
A refreshing start which is good for sharing. The smoked chicken breast was tender and flavourful, to go with the crispy greens and avocado.
Ruffled Egg & Salmon Bagel, Dill Crème Fraiche (Rm 18)
Just look at the salmon, overflowing and heavily loaded over the fluffy bagel. Basically, you just can’t even see the bagel because it was covered with the vibrant smoked salmon. Honestly speaking, I have never come across any brunch place that serves smoked salmon in such a way. For the price to pay for, this is really worth ordering.
Fillet Mignon, Fried Egg, Sauteed Mushrooms, Olive Oil toasted Rye Bread (Rm 52)
This is the most expensive dish in the menu but then, you should have it if you are a fan of steak. The fillet mignon was extremely juicy, made medium with the core hinted with pinkish hues. Side with sautéed mushroom and a beautiful fried egg. How great to have steak at brunch. So yum! For the price to pay for, it worth every cent spent.
Milk Poached Hake, 63C Duck Egg, Baby Spinach, Sourdough Bread, Sauce Hollandaise (Rm 40)
A pretty decent dish with the runny duck egg.
French Crepe, stuffed with tomato, mushroom and leek, grated Ossau Iraty (Rm 25)
The crepe skin was made thin and perfect; wrapped in with the wholesome ingredients and served with aromatic grated Ossau Iraty cheese.
63C Hen’s egg in a glass with sauté mushroom and white prawns (Rm 18)
A gooey madness fever cum an egg-citing moment when I poked the egg yolk with the fork, and the yolk just oozed out and dressed over the mushroom and prawns.
Freshly baked bread and pastries, anyone???
Choose something from the daily bakery display stand, each of the puffed pastries and bread is just priced at Rm 9
They have something sweet too. Trio of fruits – grilled Sarawak pineapple, banana tempura, apple beignets (Rm 15)
Warm blueberry muffin, berry coulis, choice of ice cream (Rm 18)
And I thought it was some normal blueberry muffin when it was presented to me. It proofed me wrong. The muffin was really good. The intense flavour of the muffin touched the palate and rushed off to the olfactory region. Paired well with the vanilla ice cream that came chilling.
Why wait??? Do plan your weekend now for a beautiful and affordable atas brunch, because we have to eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a pauper. So, let’s feast at breakfast time!
