Baby Shower for CC & miniC
Sorry for abandoning you guys for so long. Just came back on a trip to my favourite country last week and am still suffering on the post holiday blue syndrome. How I wish I could stay there a little longer and longer, travelling to those peaceful little town. Awww… I miss my trip so muchie!
Okay, back to topic. Let me update a bit on what I did before my trip.
PARTY!!!
We love parties and we love having fun together. So, it’s another shower again! Not a bridal shower this round but something new and something we have never done it before…

1 # The Venue
.
Thanks to Citygal’s great connection, she found us a really great place for the afternoon tea; a café that serves really good food and surrounded with the luscious green ambiance – The Royal Selangor Café. We simply love it in here. There is a floor to ceiling glass window, overlooking the green plants and trees, an indoor koi pond, and the bright yellow walls that matched so well with our theme.
2 # The Idea
.
We came up with the ideas in very last minute as the girls were quite busy with their work. Both Citygal and Vyen are really creative. They came out with so many ideas and what we needed to do next was to transform them into real stuff. Gathered up soft toys, lego, decorative items, backgrounds, shout outs … and just carried them to the café.
3 # The Theme

Yellow and Blue!!!
No, not your eye problem. It is orange cream by mistake but it matched our toys well too.
Since we knew that will be a HE. Hehe
4 # The Food
.
The Royal Selangor Café serves really good homemade cakes and pastries. We had the afternoon tea and was served with Sausage Rolls, Tuna Corn Sandwiches, Chicken and Mushroom Quiches, Chocolate Fudge Cake and beautiful Fairy Cupcakes in blue and orangey buttercream. Beverages were Tea, Coffee and Iced Tea.

5 # The Games
.
As usual in a party, there must be some games. There are so many games one can get them online but we picked only two of them due to the time constrain.
Wishes for miniC was quite a fun one. We get to see so many serious faces answering the questions.
Even the Papa was having a real headache too. He was the one handing in the paper last.
And this Uncle Lex, no peeking!
Special guest, the cute baby Arthur entertained us with his words.
And we also hand drew MiniC his First ABC book. Hehe.

7 # Sweet Gift
.
Besides giving the pregger the gift she wishes for, we also get a small sweet gift from her – the handmade bookmark. They matched so well with our colour theme and she has no idea what’s our theme when doing these. *hearty*
