Indian Rojak & Cendol @ Taman Midah, Cheras

It’s the Malaysia Day’s Week. Let’s have another post on our local food. Hehe…
Seeking for a good plate of Indian Rojak?! I actually found one here in Taman Midah, Cheras. Located just opposite Tesco Cheras, there is this blue little stall stood by at the roadside.
A luscious bowl of local delights – Rojak filled with bite size ingredients such as fried dough fritters, hard-boiled egg, fried bean curd, kidney red beans, sweet corns, shredded cucumber and yam bean; finally drenched in thick peanut sauce. Keropok and squid or sotong are optional but do add in keropok for the extra crunchier flavour in your plate of rojak. I love how mine added with the keropok; crunchy piece and sweeten with the fragrant peanut butter sauce. I do feel they are a little stingy on the sauce but then you can always hop over to top up for more sauce when the sauce in your rojak runs dry.
A bowl of thirst quencher for the day – Cendol; loaded with pandan flavoured green cendol, red bean, rich coconut milk and aromatic gula Melaka. It was really good with the right amount of gula Melaka drizzled in it. Not overly sweet and just right for the day.
Anymore good Indian rojak place around Cheras??? Do let me know!
You must try the rojak bellamy. One of the best!
