Marshall’s Burger @ SS15, Subang Jaya
It has been a while since my last visit to a burger house. Time to follow up a bit with the burger hype and was happy to see that there is another new face popped up in Klang Valley.
Marshall’s Burger
Marshall’s started off as a roadside burger stall in Pulau Tikus, Penang. The menu consisted of chicken and beef only. In 2012, they have decided to venture and opened up café, introduced their famous pork burger and the response was surprisingly overwhelming. They then decided to bring their delicious burger down to Klang Valley, and share them with us, who are in KL.
Yoohooo, another burger option to head over now.
They have another outlet in Damansara Uptown.
Marshall’s serves 4 types of patties. They are all cutely named – The Fat Piglet for pork, The Bull for beef, The Small Fry for fish and The Bacon Special Chicken Thigh for chicken.
Make the burger a set at an additional price of Rm 5.5, served with a side dish of your choice (either Fries or Onion Rings) and a drink from the fridge. We also love the newly introduced ass-kicking spicy burger! And the spicy burgers are available in pork, beef and chicken meat but not the fish. There is no additional charge for the spicy version.
Always love thick cut fries!
The Fat Piglet (Rm 13.5)
House-made pork patty with 2 slices of bacon and we had this done with their homemade spicy sauce. Sweet and spicy at the same time.
Hawaiian Piggy (Rm 15.5)
What a yummy combination, with juicy pork patty, cheddar and pineapple slice sandwiched in between the bun. Love the sweetness of this whole combination.
Bacon Special Beef (Rm 13.5)
Juicy, moist and delicious beef patty, topped with 2 slices of crispy bacon and sandwich in between the bun. I love their patty!!! All their patties are freshly made daily from imported beef!!! They are very well marinated, grilled to perfection with the juice or sauce of the meat locked within the patty. Just beware. It will be quite messy when eating this. Prepare more tissue ya!
Big Fry (Rm 15.5)
2 fish fillets plus a cheddar burger, poured over with their homemade tartar sauce. All of us love their tartar sauce that appeared yellowish-orange colour. This was really yummy and we even dipped our fries and onion rings into it.
Every house has their homemade dipping sauce for the fries aside from chilli and tomato and mustard sauce. Here in Marshall’s, they have Marshall’s sauce. A very special sauce that carried the hint of mustard and balsamic vinegar. Try it yourself and you will know what I meant!
