Goku Raku Ramen

Goku Raku Ramen is famous for its “Horikiri Style” ramen, which is discovered by noted ramen connoisseur, Mr. Teruhisa Shimizu. This special “Horikiri Style” blends well with the delicious pork, chicken and fish mixed broth, as well as Shio (salt) and Shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) soup base made by the chef. The broth is then simmered for long hour to create the rich and tasty flavour that goes so well with their daily fresh-made ramen.

Yaki Gyoza (Rm 9.9)
Classic pan-fried minced pork dumpling served with miso tare and shoyu tare. The gyoza was crunchy on the outside and fat and juicy on the inside. One of the must have when dining in a ramen or Japanese restaurant.

5 Star Kakuni (Rm 26.9 for regular portion)
Ramen topped with homemade braised pork belly, spring onion, bean sprout, bamboo shoot, lava egg and kuro oil (black garlic oil) and finally drowned with the fragrant shoyu soup based that is cooked for more than 12 hours. And the secret in this soup – the Japanese fish powder and the touches of kuro oil to create the fragrance in it.

A pretty addictive pork meatballs that is dressed with their homemade sweeten and caramel-liked sauce. The meatballs were bouncy and firm even after deep fried. Seriously very addictive and I would love to have all by myself. Ah well, this is great for sharing, order a large portion if you are coming in a big gang.
