New All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum @ Celestial Court, Sheraton Imperial Hotel KL
Looking for a weekend yum cha session with the All-You-Can-Eat concept?! Celestial Court in Sheraton Imperial Hotel KL is the right place for you. Their All-You-Can-Eat menu offers more than 70 over dishes, from delectable dim sums specially created by Chef Ken Liew which are served steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, stir-fried or baked to mouth watering a la carte delights crafted by Chef Vincent Loo which are included wide selection of soups, vegetables, poultry dishes, seafood specials, rice and noodles.
Celestial Steamed Jumbo “Har Gao” with asparagus
Succulent diced prawns and chopped asparagus were encased in the thin and translucent har gao skin and finally topped with fried shallot. Love it as it was full with essence from the prawn and the skin was super thin and not doughy.
Crab Meat and Minced Seafood Mini Bun in homemade tom yam broth
Dim sum with a fuse of thai flavour! Minced seafood mini bun with a siu long bao-look and served in the tom yam soup and touched up with shredded crab meat. I love how the chef presented it in this way; it was not too spicy, not too sourish and helps boosting ones appetite.
Soya Bean Skin Roll with sea cucumber, chicken and prawn in sun-dried scallop sauce
The fillings of sea cucumber, chicken and prawn were wrapped with soy bean skin and cabbage; finally it was drenched with the flavourful scallop sauce. The dancing bonito gave a real pleasure to the eyes, as though watching some beautiful dancing show.
Pan-seared Stuffed Scallop with shrimp mousse and pumpkin puree
Another dim sum that is looking so fine and too pretty to be eaten!!! The stuffed scallop was lightly seared, touched with orangey fish roe and sun-bathing in the rich and creamy shrimp mousse and pumpkin puree. So fresh, so yummy!
Yam Puff with assorted meat and mushroom in miso flavored filling
Very well flavoured meat and mushroom fillings were coated with a layer of fluffy yam paste and deep fried into perfection. Not the ordinary yam puff we can get out there. This savoury yam puff was very palatable and crunchy, very different.
Roast Duck Meat in pan-fried bun served with pickled cabbage and mushroom
Deep-fried Stuffed Lotus Root served with minced meat and assorted mushroom
Fresh Oyster corner with unlimited supply of oysters.
Roast Duck
And Chinese Barbeque Chicken
Do save some space for the desserts buffet located at the entrance of the restaurant.
