HONG KONG: Hui Lau Shan Healthy Dessert 许留山 @ Mongkok
This is Mongkok.
We were here after the dinner.
This is such a happening place; people were here for shopping, eating, and watching street performances too!
Ladies Market 女人街 Lui Yann Gai
Hong Kies do not go to bed without desserts/supper (that’s what i learnt from TVB drama). Therefore, we followed what they did. This is what we called “when in Rome, do as the Romans do”.
We settled ourselves at Hui Lau Shan 许留山. You will be really surprise with their menu; with very innovative desserts! There were a lot to choose from; and we ended up with mango desserts
Trio Platter of Mango Desserts 芒の恋
These three are the bestsellers in Hui Lau Shan.
How thoughtful they are!!! They made the portion smaller and mix it up into a platter so that customers can try out more variety.
Mango-licious desserts as supper 🙂
Nice recommendation. Do they have english menu as I can't read chinese.
Wy would definitely love to try the mango desserts! 😀
jOvin,
no worry, they have description in english on their menu
WyYv,
am sure you guys will love this place
My all time HK Fav dessert
Looks yummy!! Would love to go to Lui Yann Gai one day! HAHA 🙂
I had tried their mango drink & desserts before, It's delicious and rich in mango flavour
It's all about mango here 🙂
Hmm, sorry Ai Wei, this place still did not manage to wow us after the second visit. Or was it third?
Pricey and we felt that the commercialization factor took over the novelty.
Though we still went for another visit during our trip this year. Gosh, how we fall for publicity huh? 🙂
choiyen,
it's not only mango in here. there are others too. just that i wanna have some signature desserts.
ken, lindy,
hehe 🙂
shell,
and seems healthy too!
james,
hmm, mayb it was my first time. i find it okay. but yeppp, i do find it pricey. after conversion, it's bout rm 20 for a small bowl of dessert. sigh…
Nice, everything in small portions so you can try a variety of desserts! The menu had fusion porridges fondue sets, wonder what they are, tempted to try them out!
Hey ai wei.. Would u mind sharing how much u think is enough for maybe a 4d3n trip? Or how much u have spent.. .?
eatonlylar!
jom, hong kong 😛
sweesan,
errrrr, i didn't really calculate the expenses. hmmm, say if food, a bit of shopping (discounted items), and transport alone, i used up rm1000.
