MERRY GUINNESS with Australian MasterChef Adam Liaw
Did you guys watch Masterchef Season 2?!
Sigh… I managed to get a glimpse on few episodes; not the complete Season 2. And… My partner-in-crime, Christine keeps telling me how great was the show, how wonderful and exciting was the finale. Ish…
Though I cannot see him in the finale, I get to see him LIVE!!! And I had the opportunity to sample some of the Masterchef Adam Liaw‘s recipe during the MERRY GUINNESS® Launch at Doubletree Hilton not long ago.
With my Partner-in-crime, Christine, enjoying the smooth and creamy black beauty.
The ballroom was filled up with Christmas-y atmosphere, look at the long table with Christmas decos.
And MERRY GUINNESS® launch began with Christmas carol.
Masterchef Adam Liaw with Peter Khemlani, Marketing Manager of GUINNESS Malaysia & Tiffany Chew, Corporate Communications Manager for Guinness Anchor Berhad.
The event was then continued with Gastronomic Workshop by MasterChef Adam Liaw.

(would be featured at participating outlets)
Farmhouse Chicken and Egg terrine with Guinness Mustard
Oysters with Guinness Cream
I love the double creaminess of the oyster and Guinness cream. The cold oysters with the hot creamy Guinness cream were the perfect match. The touch of lemon juice gave a tangy shot when you sip it together with the Guinness cream.
