Starter: Santa’s Little Helpers (ala carte at RM 24++)
Warm asparagus salad with duck proscuitto, poached quail egg & hollandaise
The chewy duck prosciutto was lovely. The vivid-looking and crunchy asparagus complemented well with the salty taste from the duck proscuitto. And the touch of hollandaise sauce gave an explosive flavour to the whole dish.

Creamed sprout soup with handmade turkey meatballs
Hmm, I never really fancy brussel sprout but this dish has changed my mind towards it. It was a clever idea to blend the brussel sprout into the soup; created a creamy and palatable soup. It was so Christmas with the additional of turkey meatballs into the soup.
Main Course: Filling My Stockings (ala carte at RM 42)
Oven baked sliced turkey breast with yam croquette, chicken sausage, edamame bean & caramelised cranberry
The portion was huge for one, I reckon. The turkey was perfectly baked; very well-matched with the sides such as yam croquette, sausages, edamame beans, and caramelised cranberries and finally drenched with brown sauce.
How can we end our meal without something really Christmas?! Mistletoe Kisses (ala carte at RM 18++)
Banana bread pudding with white chocolate foam, lemongrass ginger custard & caramelised cranberry
OR
Chissy pudding drizzled with vanilla reduction, blueberries, white chocolate foam and crumble.
